Meet De'Asia,

Hi Aura Beauties! I'm De'Asia, your licensed esthetician and educator that specializes in Integrative Esthetics. I was always the girl doing all the at home skin care and weekly face masks. Whether it's diy skincare, Aztec clay, tea tree spot treatment, ( I am also acne-prone)peel off masks etc.. Then I realized that skin care wasn't just a hobby, but a career and newly found passion. I went to esthetician school and experienced womanhood, community and lifelong friends, which completely changed my life.

My view on skin care shifted to what I do being bigger than confidence. I provided a sense of peace and unlocked a whole new layer of self care. Through my studies and continuous education I fell in love with cosmetic chemistry. This love sparked the creation of DAEAURA, which originated as a product line. At the time, my son was 11 months and I couldn't work at a spa full-time. Starting this business allowed me time to be a mom and pour into my craft. 

A year later, I worked at a few spas and became an advanced educator at my Alma Mater, then decided to go solo. I rebranded DAEAURA into a space to experience the 'aura' through my services. The feeling of peace, safety and openness that comes from the color blue, the aroma that lights you up and is hard to forget. Lastly, the word 'Dae,' which is a childhood nickname, that represents me.
